To aid the organisation of administrating hosting plans and domain names supplied by 'designsfromscratch' a database is kept securly on a local computer with all the relevent details. This database shall only be used by 'designsfromscratch' and no information held will be passed on to third parties.

Any change to the above policy will be announced openly on the web site prior to any change. The company will endeavor to insure, as far as practical, that persons affected by any change to this policy will be informed well in advance of any change.
